This long-standing client is a leading provider of online corporate-training programs for hundreds of the largest and most well-established companies worldwide. Working with multiple teams of designers, project managers, developers, salespeople, support teams and other stakeholders, this project required restructuring and redesigning a number of the client’s internal as well as B2B product offerings.
The company deploys training to hundreds of thousands of employees around the globe. However, their legacy products were out-dated, with multiple seemingly disparate applications to complete a variety of related tasks.
To fulfill their training and education mission, the company needed to upgrade their online-training platforms for end-users to make them feel more like modern, slick applications. In addition, this client needed help completely overhauling their admin tools in order to make them easy to use and accessible for the people actually outputting the training content.
A long-standing project, the final output for this project was a comprehensive design solution that brought the client’s existing products under one umbrella and helped incorporate user experience design principles into their overall product design strategy.
